Overview

This workgroup aims to define and implement alternative business processes and technical approaches related to the use of payment systems in the hospitality industry. Their goals include: reduce the burden of storing sensitive data in hospitality systems, establish methods of end-to-end security that inherently protect sensitive data elements, establish globally applicable standard secure payment interfaces, and evaluate emerging global technologies and upcoming regulations and mandates with regard to the storage and transmission of payment data.
