and technology providers, the development of
next-generation solutions that will enable them
to do business globally in the 21st century.

HTNG is organized under
a
Board
of Directors, which sets
policy, and an Executive
Vice President and CEO, who manages
the day-to-day affairs
of the organization.
Under HTNG's by-laws,
appointment to the Board of Directors
is limited to
senior hotel or
hospitality company
executives with
technology
responsibility, and
directors who become
unqualified by virtue of
career changes must step
down within 90 days.
The
number of Directors can
range from 9 to 14.
